Our unit was built in the 1970's and the walls were anything but straight, but you would never know. The Orchard Wellness2025-04-01Just wanted to let everyone know we were super impressed with this mob. It's really great to see top service is still a priority in some companies! So we are in the middle of opening up a second studio and were in need of 5 shower glass panels. As they were all custom sizes, one of them didn't look right in the room (not their fault though as we were the one wanting that particular size). Anyway, when we called in they mentioned they couldn't do anything about the existing glass in regards to recutting it but they were happy to replace it at cost price. Normally at a time like this it almost always becomes a hassle in our experience with other companies but we couldn't believe how quickly they came back and sorted out our problem without making a fuss about it. They even took the unwanted glass to another site for us where we made use of it in another project... Keep up the good works guys! Clearly you've guys got the formula right!
